"The best part about today’s victory over Prop 8? It came on the basis of sound legal reasoning that fell in line with the values of the Constitution. This is a matter of projecting minority rights in th e face of majority rule. This same tact has been used for “liberal” causes (such as overturning segregation) as well as “conservative” causes (enforcing the right to bear arms). The real winner today was the American way of life."
